not sure if this helps, but do you know that you can add multiple paragraph
format names in your Running H/F definition? Separated by comma (I think). FM
will pick up the first available form your content. So, for example, if your
definition is
ttp-3A__lists.frameusers.com_listinfo.cgi_framers-2Dframeusers.com=DwICAg=euGZstcaTDllvimEN8b7jXrwqOf-v5A_CdpgnVfiiMM=zzmJd9V-AOY-pLCA-v8cPy_mRSvZCZwNZBdUabWmOfQ=WTAVPE3_q00vIj-Dw1jSQsjcXXUYxJ9Eo7egTi2ZZns=51tF-YnDjkoUEQHmjd9A72VYs2uIvM-9xtX0UbAFDi0=

I just downloaded Rick's new ImportSelectedFormats script this morning and
have used it multiple times already. I'm doing a complete template
redesign of our 16 company manuals and along with Rick's great scripts and
Matt Sullivan's template design training I can't believe how smoothly it
