Once again, Rick Quatro is credited with a save.
The problem is that FrameMaker was resolving the hypertext links
incorrectly because I had had all the files in a .book and was printing
the .book. The fix was to close the .book file, keep the files in

for MIL-STD 38784. There doesn't need to be. I expect that you'll be
required to conform to MIL-STD 2361 and 40051-1 or 40051-2 or both. For
