Frame Experts: I enjoy reading and learning from the Frame List Serve and hope someone out there can help me.
I am using FM9.0p250 in a Windows XP environment. The book I (am trying to) create is a pdf document. For the past three days (working in the same book), Framemaker has crashed and I have received the following error message: "Internal Error 9004, 7888662, 5205995, 5205700. Framemaker has detected a serious problem and must quit." Then, an error log is generated as a txt file. As requested by the kind crash message, I submitted the txt files and the Frame files to <fmer...@adobe,com> but, not surprisingly, have not heard anything from Adobe. There does seem to be a pattern to the crazy crash since it happens in the same file every time while I am attempting to properly number a series of Figures and Tables( N:TABLE <$volnum>-<n> ... which has been another headache itself, but that's another story...) Could it be a corrupt file? Can anyone interpret the internal error codes or give me some place to look for help? Thanks!
