Unavailable Fonts Message - Cross-Platform Issue?

Okay, folks What am I missing here?? I primarily work on Windows XP. However, last week I had occasion to work temporarily on a Mac. The Mac was not set up with all the same fonts we use in our template, and that wasn't an issue since we weren't doing any output from the Mac. The Remember

Changing Defaults on Tools Palette

Anyone use Rick Quatro's PageLabeler Plugin with Frame 7.2? Is it compatible? I'm trying to get page number prefixes on my Cover and Copyright pages (a text prefix), but I can't seem to get it to work. Yes, I did RTM, but either I'm not following directions properly or something else is wrong.
