Find someone local who works as an independent and who
can do it direct. Your company will have no overheads
such as recruiter costs, and the work will stay in
this country. That person will probably do a better
job because they should be able to come on site if
needed to meet with those involved

file, but I have no idea how to find such a thing. I
even upgraded to 6 MB of DSL for an extra $10/month to
send a 4 MB file. I faxed them a copy so they would
at least have it in hard copy, but they need it
electronically for their files.

I tried to send a FrameMaker document attached to an
e-mail and the intended recipient replied:
The file is looking for a title.bmp and can't find it.
What does this mean, and what can I do to be able to
send this attachment??
TIA

When I switch to Master Pages, the dotted boxes look
different from those in Body Pages, so there is no
point in even trying to change them. I have no idea
how one works with them. As someone pointed out, 5.5
is a pretty old version and doesn't have the same
level of support.

Karen,
Thanks for your reply, but no, I am not asking about
how to change the look of the dotted lines, because
they don't show up on the final copy (at least I don't
think they do). I am asking about how to manipulate,
i.e. resize, them. I would rather see them so I know
where they are.

Again, thanks to several of you, especially those who
told me about Ctrl - M. As you all can probably tell,
I am new to FrameMaker.
Another issue I have is the text boxes outlined by
dotted lines. How does one change them? I would have
thought it was possible when you switch the View to
