license, it is VERY good value for money.
But you can also change the properties of your anchored frames without
Framescript. Proceed as follows:
1. Save your FM file as MIF.
2. Open your MIF file in a plain text

I'm not aware of any way to do that via the FM GUI in
FM8 or 9, but a simple FrameScript could do that quickly.
