TW-867 Technical Writer - Contract - Pasadena, CA (local candidates only)
Length: 8 months
Rate: BOE
A client in Pasadena needs a writer to document engineering
design/analysis software: user's guide, online help, API reference
materials, and release notes.
Requirements:
o. Experience writing end-user software documentation (Required)
o. Experience using FrameMaker and online help authoring tools
(Webworks Publisher a plus)
o. Experience documenting macro interfaces or APIs (Required)
o. Proficient in image-editing/graphics programs such as Visio,
Photoshop, Illustrator, Paint Shop Pro, etc. (Required)
o. Experience documenting CAD/CAE type applications a major plus.
Notes:
o. We don't have a published bill rate for this position so please
state your rate when applying.
o. Some telecommuting possible after you get up to speed.
