Hi Lise, FrameMaker 9 has an option to save to FrameMaker 8. Or, you can have them save as .MIF, as well. I have a FrameScript script that can save a whole book or folder as FrameMaker 8 at once. If they are interested in this script, please have them contact me off list. Thanks. Rick Quatro
