Hi Steve,
To follow on Jeff's excellent suggestion, right-click on the imported FM book
in RH and choose "Properties".
From there, you can select the option to convert the FM toc. After specifying a
toc name, you can set your webhelp ssl to use the FM toc.

Why not try creating the ToC in FM and then have it brought over into your RH
project? Or you could hand-edit all the ToC entries to make them look nice.
