No, you did absolutely nothing wrong. Remember that many, many of this list's 
subscribers have been affected by coronavirus-related work disruptions. They 
may not be reading list messages as regularly as they had been. Of the ones 
that are, they perhaps have no solution to offer.

One of the things you can do is search this group's archives at

I am converting a 193 page Word doc to FrameMaker 2017. Does anyone have 
recommended templates for doing this. I am trying to do this in as little time 
as possible. If you can share what you have great, if you are selling what you 
have great also, just let me know what you need.
