Thanks. I didn't make my email really clear enough. I meant to say the
pages numbers that appear in the thumbnail pages. Will PageLabelerES still
do that?

I have created technical manuals with Structured FrameMaker for quite some
time and used a plug in called PageLabeler on older FM versions to keep the
true pages numbers in PDF

true pages numbers in PDF when distilled and published. I do not have
access to the pug in any more. Does it still exist, or is there another
