FM update 8.04 failure

Hi, I'm having trouble with installing update 8.04 to Framemaker (version 8.0p276). The 8.04 update downloads, but during the installation process gives an error message: You do not have the correct version of FM install (sic) on your system. This patch installer will work only with Version 8
