I've had this problem after upgrading to Acrobat 8.0 -- distiller always leaves the .tps file in the directory. Frequently, the distiller job initiated from Frame isn't successful. Sometimes, I can double-click the .tps file and distill that successfully. It's generally cleaning up the .tpdf,

Hi Framers, I am using FrameScript to save a bunch of FrameMaker documents to PDF. The script has been used sucessfully with Distiller 7.0.x. With Distiller 8.1, I get intermittent Distiller crashes. The PDF is actually being created, but it is still named with a .tpdf extension. Apparently,

I haven't, but there was some list traffic on it when the Distiller 8 - 8.1 upgrade shipped. Look in your Distiller log files, first, and see if there are any clues. And then check Adobe's Acrobat user-to-user forum; as I recall, that was where a lot of the discussion was. Art On 8/3/07, Rick
