PDF FrameMaker Page Numbers
Okay, guys, Seems to me, somebody just covered this topic less than a week ago. So I looked all over my hard drive, in my e-mails and save-as text files and couldn't find it anywhere. I use Rick's plug in; the alternative is to open the pdf in Acrobat, go to the Pages tab, and set the numbering manually.
