FrameMaker perspective. Seemed like not much was available. At the time

[Unless I am missing something.]
FrameMaker has the bundled/integrated PDF Creation Add-on (=headless
Distiller). So even if one does not have Acrobat installed, creation of PDFs
from within FrameMaker
