Have you ever created ePUB output before? Some things may not be supported by the standard - see http://www.mattrsullivan.com/blog/tcs/ebooks/ for issues that Matt Sullivan had when he turned his FM bible into ePUB.

Publish to other formats like html etc is only marginally better. Am I missing something here?
