To make applying the default font easier, I edited my cmds.cfg file and added an easier shortcut. I added Esc ddd. I also added Esc bbb for following a link back. The file is located on my machine at: C:\Program Files\Adobe\FrameMaker9\fminit\configui\cmds.cfg I added KeySequence \!ddd after

FM10's not out there quite yet - I just tried it in FM9 it's behaving the same way you describe. I remember doing a tweak to my maker.ini settings to copy paste just text from outside sources (like Word) without picking up the formatting of the source, but I don't think it's making any
