You're going to have to script it. A MIF file is a text representation of a Frame file. Instead of importing the MIF file you'll probably need to write a script that will remove the formatting in the MIF file with your content and replace the formatting as desired. Someone can probably point you

I have had the same problem in the past. From my experience, saving a MIF file from within Frame can be the culprit. In my case, I created the MIF files in an ASCII editor and included only those items that I wanted to import. I opened the MIF text file in Frame and imported. Everything worked
