One inexpensive tool that will do this for you is Mif2Go (www.omsys.com). There is an evaluation version that you can download and try before buying, it if works for you.

We do, however, get the individual HTML files we want, but it's even more time-consuming to re-tag the entire document than it is to break up the big book file we get from FrameMaker. Is there some step I'm missing, or a fabulous plug-in (no, we don't have FrameScript, either... *sigh*) that will do what we need? Thanks for any help on this. I know it's tough to help people who are using out-of-date tools and have no option to join the real world, unless it's via a freeware plugin, but have pity!
