By printing the PDF, you mean creating the PS or TPS file, correct?
Try googling the error or posting it on the Adobe Acrobat forum.

First, can you PDF the problem file by itself, outside the book?
But if it's dieing on the same page consistently, there's something on
the page that's causing the problem.
Check out that page's content -- look at/for graphics, embedded
PostScript instructions, text insets, and similar things.
