really weird frame to PDF problem

Just got Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Pro today. When I make my PDF (I use Print to PDF Printer), the PDF only prints some of the leders in my TOC. The bold ones are picked up and some of the plain text ones, but not all. It seems totally random. Any ideas? Thanks, Gillian Flato Technical Writer
