Seem like your Sections are really the Volumes. Anyway you can use
the $Volume system variable here.
As an answer to your question, you would use the Running Header or
Footer (Running H/F) and have it read the parargraph tag or element
(Regluar or Structured FM) for the section title or heading

updated from FM 6.0 to FM 7.1, I found that after I removed 6.0, I could
not run 7.1. So I reinstalled 6.0, followed by the 7.1 upgrade. Now 7.1
