Nidhi, I believe that FM compares the colors from the first file in the book to every other file in the book. So, the easiest solution I know of is to make sure your first file has the colors in it that you need, then import those colors (File Import Formats, then select Color Definitions

Gilding the lily further: you could add another parameter %2% to the dir and del commands to put in the /S ... as long as you also remembered to use the %1% for the top of the directory that you want the backups to be deleted in - and did not use it accidentally with a file name or directory
