The case of dancing drop-downs

Hi All, Frame 7.2b128 Lenovo Thinkpad T61 Windows XP I see the drop downs dancing (blinking) when I expand them in a particular template. As soon as I expand a drop-down, such as para formats and roll my mouse over it, it starts blinking. Is this a template specific problem? Anyone else also
