How do I get the map title to show up in my output (PDF)? I'm expecting it
to come in as the title to each chapter, but it's not. It has a head.0
style.

I don't think that you can. It appears that this build process is
hard-coded by FM. If you're using DITA-FMx, which uses a special Book
structure

delta between the positioning of topics in the topic file, versus on the
composite fm after having converted the ditamap.
Having worked in structured Framemaker previously, I'm familiar with a

I have a small mystery -- In the body view of my TOC, my title.0TOC
paragraph styles are being formatted as bold. However, in the reference
page, they are not bold (which is how I'd like them to appear).
Any idea what's going on here?

I have a ditamap that, when I do a simple save, Framemaker wants to save it
as a .fm file. My other ditamaps don't do this. Something I've noticed is
that this particular ditamap has a file size of about 1.2 mb, where the
others are all around 25k.
Any idea what could be happening here?

page.fm, on the inside of the front cover. How can I pick up that variable,
and have it appear in the footer of all of my body pages?
