the book structure.
Where do I address this condition? Is it an artifact of Structure, or is it
something that occurs in Unstructured FM 8? Should I continue to ignore it?

I have been using FrameMaker 7.2 with the DITA Toolkit to create my
Structured documents. When I want to output my book, I opt to print the book
using the Adobe Acrobat (8) print driver. The book generates properly, but
the only active hyperlinks in the PDF are in the Table of Contents. The

When I reimposed the EDD on the generated TOC, the content appears as
follows:
the link to the source in the .fm document
.the text of the Heading in the .fm document
What should the EDD look like to capture the Heading and the pointer?
