The nice thing is that the pdf will be perfectly printable plus will be 
interactive when viewed online or on screen. Actually pdf files are more used 
for online viewing then for printing. 

Also, from FM you could use the same source to create html.

In theory .. EPUB .. can be this single file format that would be a good 
container for videos. But no publishing tools will do a decent job at 
it, so you'd have to hand code.  :-o

I think the only supported embedded format is MP4.

Personally I find it perverse to use PDF as a container for anything
that's not printable, but I guess there's no more appropriate
single-file format.

this feature -- if it even exists. 

What I want to do is insert an image in my FM file that, when clicked in the 
pdf file, starts a video -- just like on practically all the online news sites 
out there.

So . . . how to do this or where is it covered in the online FM doc. 

I'm running FM 11.0 on a Windows 7 platform.
