Yes. Select Format Page Layout Apply Master Pages. This creates a new reference page named MasterPageMaps. Go to it, and you'll see a master page mapping table with no entries. In the Paragraph Tag Name column, enter ChapterTitle. In the appropriate master page column (right or left), enter First. Set Range Indicator to Single. Save.
