Jeremy is correct -- MIF2GO is pretty much the easiest and least painful way to 
do this.
Once everything is set up for the Eclipse project, it's automatic / one-click.

Mif2Go supports that.  If you mean using native 
Frame HTML export, no, not without many hours of 
work cleaning up problems and creating the files 
it doesn't make.

One of the User's Guide versions on the mif2go.com
Web site is in Eclipse Help, made directly from
a Frame book in a few minutes of processing time.
(Setup takes a bit longer.  ;-)
