It isn't cheap, but U. C. Berkeley Extension has an excellent four-
course certificate program in editing. I'm half-way through it.
Instructor Linda Thompson is really good. Classes available on-site or
on-line. (I do the latter.)

all have technical writing certificate programs.

at the classes as Poynter.org. Poynter is an institute for journalists
that is based in Tampa. They have a number of webinars and online
courses geared towards writers. Some of them are free - and many are
