Global update for par tags

2007-09-20 Thread Shmuel Wolfson

That's a good idea, Shmuel, and to "make the change" at once, I would
   suggest this:

1. In the Paragraph Designer, click the Default Font tab.
2. Choose Commands > Set Window to As Is.
3. Select Family Verdana and Size 9 pt.
4. Choose Commands > Global Update Options.
5. Select Default Font Properties Only and All Paragraphs and Catalog
   Entries.
6. Click Update.

   Kind regards

 How about the following:
Make a copy of the file, and delete all par tags except for the one
 you
want to change. Make the change, then import the par tags from that
 file
(which should only include one style), to all the files in the
 book.
I never tried this for par tags, but do these often for a specific
 variable or conditional text.
