Linked PowerPoint in FM to RTF for changes

2007-02-23 Thread John Pilla
I am working with FM and the templates I am now need to use for Student
Guides,
use linked PowerPoint slides. No problem.

However, I need a reviewer who does not have Acrobat (only reader) nor FM,

to review material, and make the suggested changes/additions.

So, I thought that I would save each chapter as RTF (Japanese or regular,
which is best?),
and send her the RTF. She would make suggested changes to the text, add
the suggested additional topics, etc.
Use Tracking with different colors.

I would review the changes in the RTF, and determine which ones were
appropriate, and incorporate as fitting the design of the training.

However, because the PowerPoint slides are linked, even with the
PowerPoint file open,
the graphics do not come over into the RTF documents. Only the graphic
frame.

Any suggestions?
