If you're using Frame Release 2015, place the cursor where you want the Mini (Chapter-level) TOC, then: 1. Select Special>Table of Contents>Create Mini TOC. 2. Add/Delete Paragraph styles to include in Min TOC. 3. Select Update Mini TOC to see first cut. 4. Modify the Reference Page re: Mini TOC. 5. Modify appropriate TOC Paragraph styles. 6. Update the Mini TOC for latest view.
