Usually because they don't actually _use_ the tools for the commercial purpose 
that they are designed for, unfortunately.

To them, such changes may seem trivial, but for people who have "muscle memory" 
for the tasks (menu locations, key strokes, etc.) - because of daily/frequent 
use - this becomes a pain in the butt.

Ha! Roman thank you so much! I'll never understand why software GUI developers 
move stuff around like this. In this instance, to have TWO locations for 
toolbars? And have them show different options? Anyway thanks again for 
providing the info Google was unable to :-)
