I was remiss in saying that the FM 7.2 upgrade to FM12 was $800. I had forgotten that in comparing the prices back when TCS5 was first released that I had a FM 10 license that I could upgrade as well as a FM 7.0 license. So the only upgrade path was for FM 7.x was to get TCS 5 for $1200.
