​Sometimes it just takes an extra pair of eyes to spot that you aren't
quite in the right directory :o)
I was in the fminit directory, rather than fminit\plugins, whoops! Feeling
suitably chastised, and embarrassed.

First thing I'd check is your user name and permissions on the new machine,
and that you installed everything with (at least local) admin privileges.
