Re: Scrolling through files in a book

I think there might be something going on with pagination if the
number of pages in the file don't match the last saved/recognized
pagination in FM. But I could be wrong. Not much info to go on.

go to, close it, and reopen it. What gives?

Sorry about that. I left out a bunch of stuff:

Jon,

Could you provide all the environment info, please? OS, FM rev, files on
servers, etc.

Without that, the default behaviour is to go from page to page across
file boundaries within a book. This assumes that the book has been
updated since they were added, but I've not seen this not work.

Thanks,

Scrolling through files in a book

2009-01-23 Thread Dave Reynolds
This used to be a problem in earlier versions of Frame. I know that in
Frame 6 you could not page through a book if you had Para Designer open,
but you could if it was closed. I can't remember now if other Designers
had the same effect. Anyway, seems to have been fixed in 8. We
upgraded from 6 to 8 last year, so I don't know if it was still a
problem in 7.
