Hi group Problem solved! It was not an Fm11 bug, but just an incorrect setting in my color definitions. The color White was set to Don't Print. I changed it to Print as Process and Knock Out and everything looks OK now. Thank you for your reply, Fred. It pointed me in the right direction. --

I'm using Fm 11.0.1, Windows XP. I've got white text in a table cell with shading. When I create a CMYK PDF, the white text is gone. The white text is still visible in the RGB PDF, but creating an RGB PDF is not an option because I need to create a Certified PDF (for offset printing). Is

highlight text with a colored background when the info is in a table cell, but you will have placement issues. There's a huge kludge to do what you want if the text is really free-form, and that involves drawing separate colored rectangles and sending the behind the text (note that the text frame
