I'm using Frame12.0.1 (can't update to 12.0.2 or 12.0.3; waiting for
Adobe Tech Support help). Suddenly (after trying unsuccessfully to
update to 12.0.2) I can't print multiple files in a book. Frame
crashes. I have always (16 years) used the "print to .ps and distill"
method with no problems. Now I can still print individual files, but
I can't print multiple files or the entire book at one time. I tried
"saving as PDF" but it gets stuck in a loop and I have to crash out
of Framemaker. I desperately want to avoid having to
uninstall/reinstall Frame because it takes me a full day to get the
customization loaded and working. I'm just curious if anyone has had
and solved this problem.
