I agree. GeoClue should provide geofencing as well. I'll talk them up.

Anyway, you didn't answer my question about the architecture.

You could have pointed me to the maemo libs, like you did here:
http://lists.openmoko.org/pipermail/community/2007-January/001068.html
it would have saved some time in searching and sync us up.

Any other gps stuff already thought out?

Geoclue already depends on those libs[1], so I thought it wasn't necessary to 
mention them.
