Currently it's only possible to create top-level menus and create new
toolbars.
That's not enough to better integrate additional functions into
OpenOffice.org.
It should be possible that an add-on can seamlessly be integrated into
the user
interface of OpenOffice.org.
This enhancement support the definition of merging command which
enables users to add, exchange or remove menu or toolbar items. You
can find more information about the definition and commands in the
specification.
