I haven't had time to look into wiring up the control panel to plone_control_panel, so you have to type '/prefs_types' to see it. 2. If you view '/prefs_types' and select a content type and new workflow and hit 'apply' you'll get a new workflow, but I'm still working on re-mapping the states.
