[Frameworks] Help identify this animation stand

Hello frameworks! I am posting on behalf of an indie cinema in Seattle, that is trying to identify the exact model of an animation stand they've had in the back room for years. They are interested in getting to a new good home, but first need a little more information on exactly what it is.

Hi All!! Thanks for the recommendations... turns out I had a loose card and one unplugged cable. Next question... how hard is it to replace a SEPMAG with a SEPOPT? I do my own optical sound and don't really use full-coat mag, so I'm interested in switching out one of the mag heads. -Jesse-

Something to consider- If there are no serial number or model plates on it there is a possibility it is a one off DIY thing someone made. This was very common in the 70's/80s as there were books that had instructions and lists of parts to do it. It was supposed to be cheaper than buying one but it
