[Frameworks] The return of Ektachrome

I'm sure this is a response from people interested in their new Super8 camera (not yet released), but Kodak announced at CES that they'll issuing a reformulated Ektachrome stock, expected by the end of 2017. No word on formats other than Super8, nor on speed(s) at this time.
