Desired: Finally blocks, exception handling, generics, REST APIs, and data structure expertise are all desirable in the consultant that we are trying to hire. It is required of him to be proficient in C# and/or VB.NET and to have an in-depth knowledge of the WCF concepts that govern the ecosystems in question. It is required of him to have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and a significant amount of expertise developing unit tests.
