Mango Fool (Mousse De Mango)
Pairings with Andrea : Episode FLPWA-312L 

3 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped 
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar, divided 
1 Tbs. lime juice 
1 Tbs. orange juice 
1 cup heavy cream 

1. Place mango, 2 tablespoons sugar, lime and orange juice into bowl of a food 
processor and blend until smooth. 
2. Scrape mixture into a large mixing bowl and chill completely. 
3. Whip cream with remaining sugar until stiff peaks form. 
4. Fold whipped cream into mango mixture and spoon into small dessert cups. 
Serve immediately.
