Mango Fool (Mousse De Mango) Pairings with Andrea : Episode FLPWA-312L 3 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar, divided 1 Tbs. lime juice 1 Tbs. orange juice 1 cup heavy cream
1. Place mango, 2 tablespoons sugar, lime and orange juice into bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Scrape mixture into a large mixing bowl and chill completely. 3. Whip cream with remaining sugar until stiff peaks form. 4. Fold whipped cream into mango mixture and spoon into small dessert cups.
