Sour Dough Breakfast Bake presented by Amid Summer's Inn Bed and Breakfast 

8 slices sour dough bread
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 cup milk
7 eggs(well beaten)
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 lbs ham (cubed)
mushrooms(optional)
chopped red or bell pepper(optional)

Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with a non-stick coating. Alternate layers of 
bread, cheese, and ham. Add mushrooms and bell pepper if desired. Mix the eggs, 
milk, and seasonings, pour evenly over layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
Uncover in the morning before baking. Bake at 350 degrees. Garnish side with 
fresh parsley. The red or green pepper makes for a pretty topping.

Prep Time: 1/2 hour
Cook Time: 1 hour
Yield: 8-10
