If you have fresh baby Lima beans, all the better, but frozen are just fine. INGREDIENTS: 16 ounces frozen baby Lima beans 1/2 to 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons butter salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste PREPARATION: Cook the Lima beans in boiling salted water as directed on package. I sometimes add about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sugar to the cooking water. Drain well. Add the cream and butter. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot.
