Crock Pot Morning Casserole Submitted by: FireBirdMom Just layer hashbrowns, ham, cheese and eggs in the crockpot for a hot, homemade breakfast ready and waiting when you wake up. Repeat layering process two or three more times, ending with a layer of cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over crock pot mixture, cover, turn on low heat and cook 10-12 hours. Notes: Instead of using onions and bell pepper, you may use a vegetable of your choice.
