Grilled Light Nacho Cheese Bread Prep Time: 20 Min Total Time: 20 Min Makes: 16 servings INGREDIENTS 1/2cup reduced-fat chives-and-onion cream cheese (from 8-oz container) 1/4 cup Old El Paso® chopped green chiles (from 4.5-oz can), drained 1tablespoon Old El Paso® 40% less-sodium taco seasoning mix (from 1.25-oz package) 1loaf (16 inch) French bread, cut in half horizontally 1cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend (4 oz) DIRECTIONS Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, green chiles and taco seasoning mix. Place bread halves, cut sides down, on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until light golden brown.
